Poster Submission & Rights Agreement
(Moon Song)
By submitting your artwork to the 2026 Suicide Prevention Poster Project, you grant Moon Song a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to reproduce, distribute, and display the work in connection with our mental health advocacy programs. Artists retain all primary ownership of their original designs. This agreement ensures that your impactful message can reach those who need it most while honoring your creative contribution to the community.
Guidelines
• Due by October 19th
• Hand in to school office
• Original drawing, paint, or both.
• Positive messaging only.
• 8 x 10 or larger.
• Assign poster a number (any number).
• Complete and lightly tape Submission Form to back of poster.
Prizes
High School – 1st = $500, 2nd = $250, 3rd = $150
Middle School – 1st = $250, 2nd = $150, 3rd = $75
